Troy Longmuir (born 27 May 1979) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne, Fremantle and Carlton in the AFL.

Longmuir was drafted by Melbourne in 1997 and played 17 games for the Demons over the next two years. At the end of 1999, he was traded to Fremantle for a second-round pick (used by Melbourne on future captain Brad Green), joining younger brother Justin on the Dockers' list. During his time at Fremantle, Longmuir was in and out of the senior side, playing 55 games in six years, and was part of West Perth's premiership side in 2003. He was traded to Carlton at the end of the 2004 season, and played 11 games for the Blues in two seasons.

After being delisted by Carlton, Longmuir returned to West Perth where he played a further three season.
