Tim Fleming (born 4 April 1978) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Richmond in the AFL and South Adelaide in the SANFL.
A latecomer to the AFL, Fleming played juniors for Broadford and amateurs for Old Xaverians before eventually being picked up by Carlton as a rookie at the age of 23. He spent a year on Carlton's rookie list but did not play a senior game and was delisted at the end of 2001. Fleming remained with the Blues, winning the reserves' best and fairest in 2002 and was given a second chance by Richmond in the national draft. He spent two years with the Tigers, playing 17 games in each year, before being delisted at the end of 2004.
Fleming spent the next season with South Adelaide in the SANFL, finishing runner-up in the Panthers' best and fairest, before returning to Old Xaverians in the Victorian Amateur Football Association, playing in numerous premierships. He later played for Malaysian Warriors in the AFL Asia competition.
