Nathan Chapman (born 7 May 1975) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Brisbane and Hawthorn in the AFL.
Drafted from Kangaroo Flat with the second pick in the 1992 national draft, Chapman made his senior debut for the Bears in the opening round of 1993. He played 60 games for Brisbane (who became the Brisbane Lions in 1997), often conceding centimetres and kilograms to his opponent when playing at fullback. Chapman was traded to Hawthorn at the end of 1997 along with John Barker, in a deal that saw Brad Scott join the Lions. Chapman played 16 games at Hawthorn over three seasons.
After being delisted at the end of 2000, Chapman returned to Queensland where he played two seasons with Mount Gravatt. He then took up American football, and was signed by the Green Bay Packers, although he did not play an NFL game. On returning from the US he set up Prokick Australia, which has provided an avenue for numerous Australians to join the NFL.
