Kane Fraser (born 22 July 1977) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Hawthorn in the AFL and North Adelaide in the SANFL.

After playing TAC Cup for the Eastern Ranges, Fraser was drafted by Hawthorn in the 1995 national draft. He played five games for the Hawks over three seasons, and was delisted at the end of 1998.

Fraser played for North Adelaide in 1999.
