Jordan Doering (born 14 September 1979) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Essendon and Carlton in the AFL.

Drafted from Bendigo in the TAC Cup, Doering spent two years on Essendon's list but was unable to break into the Bombers' senior side. After being delisted, he was picked up by Carlton in the rookie draft. Having spent all of 2000 in the reserves, Doering was promoted to the senior list in 2001 and finally made his senior debut, playing seven games for the season. He was delisted at the end of the year but was re-rookied, and played another 11 games for the struggling Blues in 2002. Despite having had his best season, he was delisted for a third and final time.

Doering then joined VFL side Tasmania in 2003, before playing for Bendigo Bombers from 2004 to 2006. He was an assistant coach with North Melbourne's VFL side in 2018.
