Pittard has undoubted talent, but, so far in his short AFL career, his body hasn’t allowed him to consistently display it. An impressive run of games in 2011 – including a NAB Rising Star nomination – showed fans glimpses of what he’s capable of, and with another full pre-season under his belt, could be a good replacement for Danyle Pearce, who signed with the Dockers as a free agent.
