Jason Norrish (born 26 January 1972) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne and Fremantle in the AFL and Claremont in the WAFL.

A top-five pick by Melbourne in 1991, Norrish remained at Claremont in 1992 before joining the Demons the following year. He played 20 games over two years with Melbourne before signing up with the inaugural Fremantle squad. Norrish's best season came in 1998 when he played every game and was named the Dockers' best and fairest. The following year, he was appointed vice-captain. Norrish retired at the end of the 2002 season, having played 128 games for Fremantle.

Norrish played one further season for Claremont.
