James Podsiadly (born 10 September 1981) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Geelong and Adelaide in the AFL.

After playing TAC Cup football for Western Jets, Podsiadly was added to Essendon's rookie list ahead of the 2000 season. He was delisted after only one season but remained with the Bombers' VFL side, before Collingwood picked him up in the 2002 rookie list. Again he was delisted after just one season, and joined Werribee in the VFL. He spent six seasons with the Tigers, winning the Liston Medal as the VFL's best and fairest in 2008 and leading the competition in goalscoring in 2005.

Podsiadly joined Geelong's VFL side in 2009, before being drafted by the Cats as a mature-age recruit for the 2010 season, and finally breaking into the AFL at his third club. He kicked 169 games in 83 games with Geelong, partnering Tom Hawkins in the forward line, and played in the Cats' 2011 premiership win (although he was substituted out of the game with a shoulder injury in the first half). He also led the Cats' goalscoring in 2011 with 52 goals.

Despite Podsiadly playing 23 games in 2013, Geelong announced at the end of the season that the 32-year-old would be delisted as the club pursued a youth policy. When Adelaide showed interest they traded him for a late pick. The key forward played 21 games in two years with the Crows before retiring at the end of 2015. He spent the next two years as a development coach with Adelaide before leaving to pursue business interests.
