Heath Scotland (born 21 July 1980) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Collingwood and Carlton in the AFL.

Scotland played TAC Cup football for Western Jets and was drafted by Collingwood in 1998. He made his debut for the Magpies early in 1999 and played 53 games over the next five years. Following the 2003 season he was traded to Carlton, where he spent more than a decade. Scotland played 215 games in the navy blue and won Carlton's best and fairest in 2012. He was delisted at the end of the 2013 season but added to the Blues' rookie list for the following year. He announced his retirement at the end of 2014.

Following his retirement from the AFL, Scotland played for Doncaster in the Eastern Football League.
