Haydon Kilmartin (born 22 July 1973) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Hawthorn in the AFL and East Fremantle in the WAFL.

After playing in a premiership with North Hobart in 1991, Kilmartin was drafted by Melbourne in the 1991 national draft. He did not play a senior game in 1992 and was delisted ahead of the 1993 season,[1] but remained with Melbourne's reserves that season. Kilmartin joined East Fremantle in 1995 and was runner-up in the 1997 Sandover Medal, before paying his own way back to Melbourne to take part in pre-season training with Hawthorn.[2] The move was successful, with the Hawks picking him up in the pre-season draft. Kilmartin played 10 games for Hawthorn in the 1998 season, but was delisted at the end of the year.
