Glenn Lovett (born 27 March 1969) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne in the AFL.
After playing under-19s for Melbourne, Lovett made his senior debut in 1987 but struggled to break into the side on a full-time basis, playing 29 games in his first five seasons. He had a breakout 1992, winning the Truscott Medal as Melbourne's best and fairest, and finished runner-up to Todd Viney the following year. Lovett battled injury for the rest of his career, and played just one game in each of the 1998 and 1999 seasons. Following yet another hamstring injury, he announced his retirement midway through 1999.[1]
