Robert Powell (born 19 March 1976) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Richmond in the AFL and Sandringham in the VFL.

Drafted by Richmond in 1999, Poyas played four games for the Tigers during the 2000 season. The following year, despite a strong season with the reserves in Coburg that saw him named a joint winner of the JJ Liston Medal, he made just two appearances at AFL level, one of which was the Tigers' losing preliminary final. After three games the following year, he was delisted by Richmond. Melbourne picked him up in the rookie draft but he did not play a senior game in his one year with the Demons.

Poyas spent several years with Sandringham, participating in the Zebras' three straight premierships between 2004 and 2006. He turned out for NEAFL club Broadbeach in 2012.
