Dustin Fletcher (born 7 May 1975) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Essendon in the AFL.

The son of Essendon best and fairest winner Ken Fletcher, Dustin was drafted by the Bombers under the father-son rule in 1992. He made his debut early in the 1993 season, a month before his 18th birthday, and played 17 games for the year including the "Baby Bombers"' premiership win over Carlton. Fletcher made his 100th appearance during the 1998 season, and played in the Bombers' 2000 premiership side, also winning Essendon's best and fairest and his first All-Australian selection in that premiership campaign. The gangly defender played his 200th game during 2003 and his 250th game in 2006. He was an All-Australian for a second time in 2007, and played his 300th game in a loss to Brisbane in 2009, but suffered a fractured leg during the game. Fletcher played his 350th game during 2012, shortly before his 37th birthday, and broke Simon Madden's record for most games as a Bomber in the opening round of 2014, making his 379th appearance. Fletcher played on into 2015 and, at the age of 40, became just the third player to reach the 400-game milestone in a clash with Richmond. Unfortunately, he was substituted off during that match with a groin injury, and did not play another senior game. He announced his retirement at the end of the year.

Fletcher was one of the 34 players caught up in Essendon's supplement scandal and suspended for the 2016 season.
