Domenic Cassisi (born 22 September 1982) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Port Adelaide in the AFL.
After playing junior football with East Fremantle, Cassisi was drafted by Port Adelaide in 2000. He made his senior debut midway through the 2002 season, playing six games for the year, following that up with 12 games in 2003. Cassisi established himself in the Power side in 2004, playing all 25 games and winning a premiership medal as a part of Port Adelaide's first AFL flag. He again played every game in 2005, finishing third in the club's best and fairest behind stalwarts Warren Tredrea and Kane Cornes. After missing part of 2006 through injury, Cassisi again played every game in 2007, making his 100th appearance in a Showdown during the year and tallying 18 possessions in the side's huge grand final loss to Geelong.
Cassisi was a strong contributor during Port's poor 2008 campaign, finishing runner-up in the best and fairest behind Cornes. The following year, he was appointed captain when Tredrea stepped down, and switched from his number 25 guernsey to the number 1 according to Port Adelaide custom. Cassisi played his 150th game in the opening round of 2010, once again playing every game for the season, but missed nine games the following year with a knee injury. He made his 200th appearance during 2012 and finished equal fourth in the best and fairest, but stepped down from the captaincy at the end of the season, handing over the reins to Travis Boak. Cassi played 25 games over the next two seasons before announcing his retirement at the end of 2014, after 228 senior games.
