Damien Gaspar (born 28 February 1975) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne in the AFL and East Fremantle in the WAFL.

Originally from South Fremantle, Gaspar was drafted by Melbourne late in the 1992 national draft but did not make his senior debut for the Demons until midway through the 1995 season. He played 28 games between 1995 and 1997 but just one in 1998, winning the reserves' best and fairest in what turned out to be his final year at the club.

Gaspar joined East Fremantle in 1999, and played more than 100 games for the Sharks over seven years, captaining the club in 2004 and 2005. His younger brothers Darren Gaspar (Sydney and Richmond) and Travis Gaspar (West Coast) also played AFL.
