Chris Lamb (born 11 March 1981) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne in the AFL.

After playing for the Murray Bushrangers in the TAC Cup, Lamb was a first-round pick in the 1998 draft. He debuted in the opening round of 1999 but played just five games in his first three years on the Demons' list, spending most of his time with VFL affiliate Sandringham. He broke into the side in 2002, playing 13 games for the year as a key defender. After playing just three games in 2003 and none in 2004, Lamb was delisted. Lamb played for Sandringham between 2006 and 2008.
