Brad Green (born 13 March 1981) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne in the AFL.
A star junior soccer player in Tasmania, Green was drafted by Melbourne in 1999 after switching to Australian rules in his teens. He debuted early in the 2000 season, playing 20 games for the year including the Demons' grand final loss. Green played 21 games in each of the next five seasons, and 23 games in 2006. He played his 200th game early in 2010, going on to have his best season at AFL level, kicking 55 goals from 22 games to lead the Demons' scoring and win the club's best and fairest. The following year, he was appointed captain following the retirement of James McDonald, but was replaced after just one season when new coach Mark Neeld overhauled the club's leadership group. Green played his 250th game late in the season, before announcing his retirement after four more games.
Green moved into coaching, spending three years as an assistant at Carlton before crossing to North Melbourne for the 2016 and 2017 seasons.
