Ben Holland (born 10 May 1977) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Richmond and Melbourne in the AFL.
A key position player from North Adelaide, Holland was drafted to Fitzroy in 1994 but elected to remain in South Australia for the following season. He was then traded to Richmond, where he spent eight seasons and played 125 games. Following the 2003 season he was traded again, this time to Melbourne. Holland played 66 games for the Demons before retiring at the end of the 2008 season. After retiring from the AFL, Holland suited up for suburban clubs Bonbeach, Balwyn and Boronia.
