Ben Beams (born 17 August 1978) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for Melbourne in the AFL.

Originally from Tasmania, Beams was drafted by Melbourne in 1998 and made his debut in 1999, playing 11 games for the season. He played seven games the following year, including the 2000 grand final. He also won a VFL premiership with Sandringham that year. After adding just five games in 2001, he was delisted at the end of the year.

Beams returned to Tasmania where he played for the Devils in the VFL for five years. He coached Glenorchy in 2012 and 2013.
