A low scoring quarter for both the Magpies and the Redlegs in the first quarter with Port Adelaide leading Norwood on 2.1 13.

Second QuarterEdit

No goals were scored in this quarter but Norwood scored 2 points and the Magpies scored 1 point.

Third QuarterEdit

Norwood powered through the third quarter scoring 3 goals and Port Adelaide not even scoring 1 goal by 3 quarter time, this left Norwood on 4.5 29 and Port Adelaide on 2.5 17.

Fourth QuarterEdit

Norwood looked hot favourite to win but Port staged a comeback by scoring 2 goals in the final term and Norwood only scoring 4 points but it was too late. Norwood won by 4 points.
